Kasih Sejati
Me and Sugar had endured the 1st day of our Kasih Sejati thingy just now.Poor Sugar, there was this 40 yr old guy next to him who keeps peeping at his work whenever the trainer gets us to complete certain assignments. And poor me too, this oldie's fiance was doing the same to me...even to the part when we're supposed to complete assignments involving ultra sensitive issues. Well, as they say, it's fate that brought those 2 lads together and we realised how 'compatible' they were in terms of behaviour. She's only 27 mind you!
Met Kak Raudha (of TK and Bizad) at the course too.We sat at the same table so managed to catch up with her on a few stuffs. She's getting married in May...wow that's like so near already.Wish her and her fiancee all the best in their marriage.
Had some food tasting session with my parents and kak emma yesterday.I think pink and purple do look nice as a wedding theme. But let's just see how it'll go yeah.
Will be having the 2nd day of Kasih Sejati tomorrow and a hi-tea session by Decorama at Changi Road. To top it all off, I still have my growing pile of worksheets to mark.Guess, I'll be dissecting myself into 2 or 3 to run through all these things before Wednesday yeah.Nites!

Midnite ramblings
So I tried to turn in early for the night today. But just thought that I'd better jot down what happened for the day before miss mini amnesia starts hovering around the block.
Got an sms from my long-lost friend, Farah, this morning. It's been like 18 months since I last heard from her. She was one of my closest buddy back then when I was still at LPS. Me and Sugar attended her wedding in Suntec somewhere in Dec of 2005. She then went on unpaid leave for a year to follow her hubby to Brunei and had just given birth to a baby girl 2 months back. Really happy for her and we'd already planned to meet up one of these days, amidst our busy schedule in school.
Getting in touch with Farah reminded me of all the weddings I've attended so far. It seemed that the age of 25 to 28 was the best age to get married.Even, my 2 ex ehems had been happily married and one had been blessed with a daughter. Haha, call me a late bloomer lah yeah! But just thought of wishing them all the best to their respective marriages here on blogger since I didn't even make the effort to attend them anyway. Semoga berkekalan hendaknya! (Mariana style)
As for me, I'd rather take my own schweeet time to plan my life. Sugar's been understanding enough to my wants and needs and we've been taking one tiny step at a time, rather than settling on a big leap which whould eventually lead to a bad thump on the bumps (feeling poetic). Well, fate lies in the hands of God. As long as we're sincere and faithful towards anything, rest assured that everything will go on fine.Noites, really!

Gasping for air
Hola peeps! Can someone tell me when was the last time I perched myself here on the blogger's branch? Kindly be informed that I was frantically trying to keep myself afloat amidst the quicksand in which I've placed my foot in by mistake.
Let's see...so where shall we start on the updating here. OK, the visit to the Wedding Pameran at the SG Expo about 2 weeks back had more or less eased off my burden to look for a make-up artist and camera cum videoman. So 700 bucks gone to pay for all the booking fees. As for the entertainment segment during the wedding, my brother was made the co-ordinator for it, so another load off my head leaving me to scout for the wedding favours, cards and the 2 or 3-tier cake.
Went down to my pak andam's in-house fashion parade where he unveiled his latest collection for muslimah's wedding attires yesterday.Managed to drag along Sugar to see what I've booked so far. Coincidentally, he had some friends working for my pak andam as make-up artists and models. So we kinda felt welcomed by them. Will be going down for the food-tasting session with mommy and my dear kak emma this Sunday. Hope that we've made the right choice on the wedding package.
Work had been stressful as well.Like everyone says, every job has its own ups and downs. So stress was not anything of an idiosyncrasy.
Attended Khai & As's wedding lunch at Lagun Sari last weekend, where I fell sick out of the blue. Managed to pose for a pic with the couple after which I fell into a deep beauty sleep in my dad's car. Sugar was made the best man for the day so I had to stick by my parents, bro and his gf throughout the wedding. Overall, I should say that the food was nice. However, I really think that my dear daddy looked more glam than the dads of the bride and groom.Like you don't know...my daddy lurveees to dress himself up.
Other than that, life's been pretty mundane so far with courses and presentations to make for the next few weeks. OK...adios amigos...need to rush off to prepare the answer keys to all the practice papers I've printed for the level...Nitey nite!
